Baby scan shows Virgin Mary

A Californian couple claims a scan of their unborn baby contains the image of the Virgin Mary.

Anthony and Xaviera Fierro are now trying to sell the scan on eBay, reports the LA Daily News.

Anthony said: "If you look at the sonogram, you see an outline of a female and it just happens to look like the Virgin Mary."

The auction listing says: "This is a genuine sonogram printout of our child at 8 weeks, 4 days. If you look close, however, you can see an outline of the Blessed Mother.

"Interestingly enough, the length of the fetus also is the top and bottom of the Blessed Mother's face."
