What they aren't saying about the big Ecumenical Hoopla

Everybody in Rome is running around patting themselves on the back celebrating the 100 year anniversary of the Octave of Prayer of Christian Unity.

What they don't mention is that Fr. Paul Wattson, the founder of the movement, and his society began as Anglicans, but ended up Roman Catholics as part of the fairly well known Oxford Movement.

To me, this is true ecumenism; believers of good will discovering the truth and unity of the Roman Catholic Church and seeking admission. Not the current silliness of letting people "bloom where they are planted".
